We are a 501 c 3 non-profit organization that does three things:
1. Bring Awareness,Education, and Advocacy to issues that TSIO cares about.
2. Support other organizations and groups that share the same mission and values as TSIO.
3. Provide opportunities for others to get involved using their gifts and abilities to make a difference, connecting them to their world.
We extensively research and observe other organizations, groups, and individuals before sponsoring or partnering with them. We look for accountability practices, sustainability, sincerity in humility, and the ability to respect and work with others including their willingness to have others shine along with them for the greater cause.
We only sponsor a project or adopt a group once we are completely confident of who they are. We also support organizations that are serving populations that are in the most dire need.
*TSIO also organizes it's own projects and events.

Quite a tall order to follow, but something we all desire to find for ourselves- that unconditional love. It is something we can at least strive for. We all have made mistakes, hurt others (whether meaning to or not), and may need to apologize as well as forgive. It isn't always easy, but I've found when I am in the place of choosing to forgive as well as be honest when I need to ask for forgiveness, it is what keeps my spirit free.
This does not mean we enable bad behaviors and that we may even need to draw boundaries in our lives, but we can also learn to have grace with one another in our imperfections for each one of us has them.
