Thuy Smith International Outreach is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization. The organization is founded on the deeply held belief that human life is infinitely valuable. The values that shape this organization are the abilities of each individual, the dignity present in every person, and the importance of the quality of human life.
Purpose:
The purpose of this organization is to promote the betterment of mankind and meet the spiritual needs of people.
We are dedicated to providing direct aid to improve the quality of life for children and the most under-served populations in Vietnam. We are committed in our role as a Vietnam Veteran Liaison and toward the healing of Vietnam Veterans, and the continual building of relations between Vietnam and the United States.
Our Mission:
- To emulate the work of Mother Theresa by spreading love, goodwill, and inspiring others to do the same.
- To cause people to dream, to have vision, and to show them they have a part to contribute in making a difference in the world.
- To help people reach their potential and find their purpose in life.
- To break down the walls of prejudice. To help prevent hate and violence, and to help build relations with one another regardless of race, color, and cultural differences.
- To show that, regardless of our differences, we can all come together to speak the one language that can bond us all together--

To see people as they really are we must love them unconditionally. Unless we do so, they may not reveal themselves to us and we will miss them forever.
